Vets 4 Pets have been wonderful in helping my cat become pain and stress free by completing dental treatment. The vets are so polite, kind and patient. They will always endeavour to get my cat seen to as soon as possible, and usually same day. Thank you for everything
The senior vet at this practice is great I think his name is Bogdan. He spent a long time examining my kitten Luna who had not been eating for a number of days. He gave great advice and was very reassuring whilst being very chatty and showing his good sense of humour. I am very glad that he is my vet. I trust him completely and would recommend him to other pet owners. His diagnosis was 100% correct. He did not charge for unnecessary tests etc. Very honest and caring. Knows his stuff!
I can’t thank you all enough for the compassion you showed our beloved girl today. On one of the hardest days your staff helped us through carefully explaining the process and organising her cremation.

I do not normally leave reviews especially negative but I cannot let this go. We was loyal customers for nearly 10 years. Our labrador fell ill suddenly all within 24 hours from happily running around the fields to not moving and not getting up to eat. We took him into Northampton and within a couple of hours was decided there was only one option and we had to do the unthinkable. The problem came when we went to leave the room afterwards literally within a minute card machine in our face "£700 please make payment now." There was no sympathy no emotion from all of the staff. Gave us no time to grief or take in what had just happened. Just been warned this affected me greatly and I do not want the same to happen to others. I understand they have a business to run but a least pretend to CARE
