Barney loves his visits to the vets, he gets lots of fuss and care is taken to ensure the vet/patient relationship is restored prior to leaving after the not so nice procedures which helps me keep it as a positive outing and easy to maintain his health checks. The other thing I really appreciate is the care taken to explain options and plans for the best outcome for pet and owner in the short and long term. Keep up the good work!

They were fantastic.. They have decided to take very inexperienced staff. The one lad who is at the front desk.. Another young lady who woke up and became a vet. They were booked and told 1 month in advance the treatment. And the day before. And still this young lady who woke up became a vet took it upon herself to issue 1st injections two puppies that were leaving the area. When told previously mico chip. Worming. and Fleas.. Very simple. Not only has this cost me money I didn't need to pay.. The new owners may have trouble finding a vet that uses compatible for the 2nd injection.. To be fair to white Cross I had a real vet come say sorry etc. I filled out all new paperwork, That was correct. She understood. I still am furious to be honest.. I keep paying for others mistakes.. The vet lost nothing.. We needed to pay for the injections.. Sick of it to be honest..

Fantastic vets wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. Really come across as caring about your pets and go out of their way to make times etc work for you. Highly recommend them.

Very kind and caring Vets and staff. Always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Practice is one of the best I have 7 pets registered with them and they are always helpful no matter what the issue is
