A big thank you to the team at LL Estates for providing a very efficient and professional sales service. The communication was very good and timely to me, regarding setting up appointments and feeding back viewers comments and the team were very responsive to my ideas and suggestions and I feel went the extra mile on several occasions. Their professional photographer and video maker are excellent. Highly recommended overall.

I’m not really sure where to begin with this review... my partner and I were moving in the middle of the pandemic. As stressful as this was - finding a place, booking a viewing, safely going through the process from A to Z would *not* have been possible without LL Estates, Louise and the team. When moving from Cardiff, we were delayed so much it meant getting to Rhyl later on a Friday afternoon, and there Louise was, ensuring we’d get in safely. I cannot thank you enough... you’ve made the whole process as stress free as possible.

The process of purchasing a property is a stressful time at the best of times although with the current situation we find ourselves in the stress and anxiety is only heightened. LL Estates have been absolutely fantastic throughout this whole process from start to finish. From assisting with viewings whilst adhering to Government COVID-19 guidelines to the mortgage acquisition which was made considerably more difficult due to all lenders withdrawing due to the current pandemic. You can imagine our stress levels were NOT low although LL Estates took everything in their stride whilst being reassuring throughout. They promised to assist and help from the outset however I believe they have gone above and beyond and cannot be thanked enough. The professionalism remained constant throughout and I would never recommend any other Estate Agents than these. This support has been given whilst being geographically challenged as I work and live over 200miles away although this was never a problem. The girls in the office were fantastic and a special thankyou to Danielle is a must. I cannot THANK them enough for everything they have done
