Service is always exceptional at Cwmbran branch. Everyone of the staff and managers are always pleasant and helpful. I have bought many pieces of jewellery from this store. If they haven’t got your size they will order it and call you when it arrives for collection, which doesn’t take too long. Happy New Year 2020 to you all.

Such lovely people employed here. My 6 year old daughter had her ears pierced here but after the first lobe was finished she was reluctant to have the other done. It took a full two hours for the second ear to be pierced and the staff were absolutely brilliant throughout. They were patient, kind and entertaining and not once did they give or show any pressure to hurry. We will be going back to get a second set of earrings and I look forward to visiting again and again. And the cost for the piercing was such good value too.

The staff was friendly and humour that really did make me feel better and less scared of getting a piercing while comforting and telling me that it wasn't going to hurt so much which turned out,she was right! Honestly I will come here again if i think of getting a new piercing. P.s they do recommend piercings if you haven't had one before and they give you a to do and not to do list to help you know how to properly clean and take care of the piercing, While giving you the stuff to help the piercing heal.
