Extremely expensive and no staff on hand to help
i bought a boiler off peter o neil i paid £"2000 for it and paid by instalments the first instalment i took my invoice and the girl didnt know what to do when i asked for receipt; so she wrote paid on invoice me and my husband clearly asked her would it be ok and she said yes it was my receipt peter oneil been on at me for months claiming i owe this £260; they then got primrose collections debt agency to mel where i been force to pay £25 per month even though i didnt have it and didnt owe it; they made me pay it up yesterday £150 which i could ill afford now saying no boiler cover or servicing i have to go elsewhere even though its still covered i have have emailed 3 times to ask if they registered it for the other company and now they have the money they wont answer me i WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY THE MONEY WAS PINCHED BY THE STAFF ONE IN PARTICULAR; AND THE OTHER WOMAN IS VERY NASTY AND ABRUPT SORRY I HAD THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Absolutely excellent service from Alex at Peter O'Neill Services. Rang my home emergency last night, Peter O'Neill Services phoned me straight away and came at 8am this morning and turned the hot water off. Back at 10am to fix the pipework. Cannot fault the service at all and would definately recommend. Thank you.
