In my view, a very disreputable company that sets extremely low standards and fails to achieve them. Promises made at quote not upheld, 10 year guarantee turns into 3 year. This guarantee has still not been delivered 3 months after completion, no excuse offered, just ignores all texts, emails and phone calls. Leaks while carrying out the repairs meant that nearly every room in the house suffered water damage to some extent. One room completely redecorated and water damage to ceilings just patch painted even though the colours now don’t match. One night, the winds meant listening to tiles sliding down the roof as they weren't secured properly, had to ask for help which meant a tarpaulin covering over part of the roof. My advice is to avoid this company and go elsewhere
