The space is quite tight for moving around ( not a Covid observation, but worth considering nevertheless). Felt a little poor in terms of shopping experience ( bit jumbled and tired looking) and I feel it doesn't have the appeal of other B&M stores I shop at.

There isn't a huge range of shops and at the time of writing, there's one empty unit. Parking is free, but time limited and supposedly only for customers. Dunelm and B&M are probably the busiest shops and there is also a gym.
