Not given many details about joining the library and had to repeat myself many times.
Great quiet place to go
The were polite and made sure that the customer and the staff were following guidelines and were safe.
Staff are not friendly.
I used to take my daughter there to look at books and take part in activities. On each occasion the staff were just so obnoxious! And sometimes not even to me! I would hear the way they spoke to other children and parents, even though it was a children's activity taking place and kids are naturally going to get a bit excited during fun activities!
They don't know how to speak to children, parents or adults in general!
I've stopped going there as it's just not a nice place to visit with such ride people running it!
Newham council... Look into who you hire in your libraries!!
