There was staff at the front helping to secure the library against covid by making sure everyone entering sanitises and signs in with track and trace. It was a good balance between keeping services running and protecting the public

I like this library as it's well laid out, with lots of resources including a museum, cafe and plenty of computers. Best of all I like the fact that most of the staff I interact with are polite, and very helpful, which really makes a change from many other libraries I could mention. Keep up the great work 👍
Decent large sized library
Not great insisted I needed library card to collect book. I had the automatic email notification and they could easily have looked me up up on their system not what I call customer service I will have to make another bus trip to collect my book now.
