If there was a option of no stars that is what I would choose. This pharmacy has to be the worst in all of the ones I have used. Constant wrong prescriptions, they have no common sense in the staff that work there. For instance whilst customers are.oitside in the rain the delivery driver is back and for getting his order ready why can't this be done first thing or at less busy times instead of making customers wait in the cold or the rain? Everyone who uses this pharmacy moan in the queue outside and is renowned for being the worst in the area .

Absolutely terrible service, wait times are horrific. Can hear the staff laughing and gossiping when there is a queue full of people. Go somewhere else!

Appalling service and customer interaction rude uncaring. They had signed at gp surgery for controlled medication and regular meds and have lost prescription and they have repeatedly given different version of events but in a nutshell left me without essential meds for 4 days still not resolved was told told by staff it was not their problem

Sadly lately the Pharmacy seems to be over subscribed. Poor service, long waits, mixed prescriptions, lost or missing prescriptions. A real shame as it's local and have been using for some years. Last four months has seen a rapid deterioration in service. Did report it to head pharmacist, though excuse is too busy? A simple structure in place to deal with prescriptions to make sure that those that are left for the convenience of the pharmacist to fulfil are met. It seems there is a scatter approach to meet the needs of those who want to stand and wait first even when there are too many to deal with. I handed a script in at 10am (wait time approx 30 mins) said I would come back later to collect. Arrived back at 3pm. Prescription was done but needed bagging up, 15 mins later and still wasn't ready? The Pharmacist was busy with consultations? The pharmacy either needs another pharmacist to ease the workload allowing consultations and prescriptions to be processed at the same time or a simple system that unless the consultation is urgently required, the backlog of prescriptions needing dealing with comes first before taking any other consultations. The pharmacy is only small and can't accommodate lots of people waiting around the store. Now using alternative pharmacy
