Was awkward to find things and was rather busy in the shop with no tills open just pharmacy. However this was very quickly resolved and I was served quickly and service was excellent acommadating a number of requests without bother.
So slow like forget covid more like zombiland. Do any of them have a clue. Maybe just this boots haha
I have recently changed the chemist I get my prescriptions from to Boots in Pontypool and am so glad I did. The staff are all friendly and helpful. And I would especially like to give Ben a mention who works on the prescription counter and has an excellent concept of what customer service actually is. He is always efficient when he has served me and is happy to help brighten your day. I would also like to mention they are very all very understanding of my therapy dog Lily who is generally always with me.
Rude... That's all I can say about my experience, totally ignored for ages waiting to put a prescription in, whilst they all stood at the back of the pharmacy gossiping about and basically mocking bi polar..... Very unprofessional and not what I would expect, and just the same on my return to pick the prescription up.
Rude Staff . People who work their are particularly bad people they are rude , illmanered and worst people to deal with.
