Excellent service. The poor reviews were due to the old owners who are long gone. Glad that Colin has returned and Nathan is the dentist at the Cowbridge branch. He's very professional and offers a very friendly and trustworthy service. The other staff are very helpful too.

This business is under new owners - yes Colin is back! Excellent service as usual and their adherence to the new safety measures due to covid-19 is exemplary. If you are looking for a new dentist I can recommend Nathan and his team.

When Colin (excellent dental surgeon ) left so did many of his clients. We followed him, as he is known for making any visit as pleasant and pain free as possible, indeed a hard act to follow! The good news is that he has reacquired the practice..... COLIN IS BACK.....So the high standard of service under his care has been resumed. Cowbridge is a lovely place to visit and the dental surgery is on a main bus route, important to many.

It has changed hands is no longer VIP Dental Centre. Really poor recent experience, right from the moment you walk through the door and deal with reception staff. I could go on at length but no point. My wife and I are moving dentist!

An appalling practice, if you're an NHS patient expect poor service. An abomination.
