I have been using this Post Office for several years now, and while it can get very busy, I can assure you that it is generally the same issue with other branches. There are some reviews that call the staff rude, but from my own experience I have also encountered 'customers' that are not the most pleasant to deal with. I try to avoid the peak hours because as stated, the queues can get incredibly long. Having used this branch for many years I can say that the staff in general, and the service provided are great.

Had to send a parcel today and got there just about 10 minutes before closing time. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the help finding the best option to send my parcel with such short time. Thank you!

Honestly one of the best Post Offices out in Stratford! The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The store in itself has all the facilities for assistance for your postal needs!! Also during this hard time they are doing their best to keep everyone safe with social distancing measures! Highly Recommended you to use this Post Office if you live in the area

Friendly staff good service. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes on the line. Sometimes they are very busy. Maximum post service an other service like account, foreign money, passport etc they did. Remember there are no free parking are there except Stratford shopping centre pay car parking. They have disabled access door. Thanks
