I have been suffering from Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis, for the last 12 years. Tried all types of therapy and medication and considering surgery for may problems. I have had so many medical interventions, which just take the edge of the pain. I found daily life was very hard to cope with, until my friend told me about Nuga best. Well, I have started working again, after so many years. I prefer this centre, as there is a FANTASTIC lady who runs it, called Yolanda. She has given me so much advice, for an alternative approach to food and medicines that can harm you, in the long run. I am telling you guys, that this actually works, you feel more mobile and easy. You will not come out being a brand new Person but it will reduce the degenerative process! Yolanda does not only run the centre but has medical knowledge in the alternative therapy, for all types of medical conditions. I am living proof of someone, who could not get in and out of bed. So don't take my word for it and try it! It only costs a small donation of £2-3, which is nothing compared to our beautiful bodies. All the best!

I have been going to Nuga Best for nearly 2 years. I can truly say that there are considerable health benefits to be gained from Nuga Best e.g. weight loss, increased energy levels and general pain relief etc. The lady that runs the Canary Wharf branch is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. She encourages you to attend regularly and explains in detail how to get the best out of the various equipment.

Lovely atmosphere, exudes positive energy. The full session takes approximately 1 hour leaving a feeling of relaxation, positivity and undescribable sense of well-being. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone. The more commitment you make to attending the better the results you will get.

If you are sitting all day long hours for example driving or office work I highly recommended nuga best. I used to have poor circulation but after a two years of using nuga best equipment I feel like a spring chicken
