Booked and rescheduled bulky waste pickup for through the council's services - staff on the phone were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They made sure things were communicated clearly.
If you are not able to issue parking permits then suspend it until you have enough workforce.
Took my money for parking and yet waiting and waiting. WORST BOROUGH TO LIVE IN.
They're happy if you overpay your tax, without telling a word or issuing a refund. But when you late a bit with paying tax (because the overpaid amount) they're happy to tell this in a letter and give you a notice with
a short deadline or go to court. When you want to talk to someone there, they don't answer the phone all day ("...please accept our apologise" everyone is busy there) and send automatic reply for all your emails with a message "We will do our very best to respond to your email within 20 days." when you don't have 20 days, and not even 7 as well. - update: phone is still busy for 2 days, no answer for emails.
Poor Service. Online Account is off zero help. Customer care takes forever to respond on phone. No response to emails for over a month.
The council tax department left me feeling depressed today.........
