The black woman receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Gave completely useless instructions to send me away, when I haven’t even finished saying one sentence. She didn’t even bother to listen to my request. Good thing, I tried talking to some other employee within the building who helped me with my council tax overpayment refund.

The 'lady' who dealt with my wing parking renewal was patronising, rude and dismissive. Her body language, the way she talked and looked at me was very disrespectful. Was gossiping with the colleague next to her and in front of me as if I didn't exist. I Wonder if she realises that she is paid to serve the community, not to ill-treat residents like they are a nuisance. She needs communication skills training or change her job all together if she is not happy with it.

Don't even deserve a star been calling to get stuff fixed, talk to my housing officer katy(that never seems to be in) and to make noise complaints (thats has been going on since I moved in) and they are not bothered one bit about the fact that I have depression and anxiety and that the noise wakes my 8 month old up at night.

Arrived 9.02 to buy parking passes. Took a ticket. Waited. 6 staff sat at zone A counters apparently twiddling their thumbs. I’m ticket 951. The counter system on screen shows ticket 300 was the last one called. Is the working world really full of people that are this inept? Or perhaps just the council. Every single interaction with Greenwich goes THIS well.

A nice spacious building with polite and helpful staff. There is a library downstairs.
