The team were all really friendly and polite and despite the heatwave worked really hard to get the job done (flat roof recovered with EPDM). I had originally spoken to John for some basic advice on a flat roof when I put the initial offer in on a house. 4 months later he did the work for me, was prompt, and courteous throughout. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him & the team.

Avoid!! Do not use Cwmbran Roofing. Substandard materials, clearly lacking in vital knowledge, extremely unprofessional and disgusting customer service! We asked Cwmbran Roofing to fix the leak in the fibreglass roof on our single story extension. They assessed the roof and told us that the led flashing was the cause of the leak. We trusted them, therefore asked them to proceed with the work. They replaced our led flashing with substandard material (some sort of flimsy metal) and just painted it black to look like led!! A total of 5 other roofers assessed the flashing and deemed the work carried out and the materials used to be completely inadequate. To add insult to injury, the original flashing wasn't even the cause of the leak!! The primary cause was a hole in the fibreglass roof, however there were numerous problems that needed to be addressed; - The previous homeowners had installed one roof on top of another. - The fibreglass was not fitted /layed properly in the first place, causing numerous, visible problems. - There were cracks in the ajoining, original external wall of the house. - No cavity trays had been installed. Cwmbran Roofing failed to spot or address ANY of the above issues!! It wasn't until I rang to complain that they admitted they don't even work with fibreglass roofs!! Why didn't they explain that to us in the first instance?! We put our trust in Cwmbran Roofing but not only did they let us down, they took hundreds of pounds and left us without a watertight roof over our heads. We are extremely disappointed, angry, upset and quite frankly disgusted!
