Shockingly bad service. Engineer didn't shut off water to my faulty appliance, leaving it to cause extensive water damage to my property. Repair Force admitted liability, requested quotes from me for repair/redecoration and then stopped communicating with me once I supplied the quotes. I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsmen. Do not use!

Awful in every way. Can’t follow simple instructions, always cancel and never address the issues at hand. They also left my window wide open which was a major security risk. The engineer also left his lighter suggesting he was probably smoking. No response to complaint and service received so I have resulted to writing this review. Don’t use!
The repairs included some fixes for our door, among which installing a draught excluder. After the guy left, I called him because I could no longer lock the door. He said it should be fine because the draught excluder is only 5mm (he had not checked if everything is ok before he left) and it would let out with time.
I managed to lock the door from the inside, but it was still impossible to do it from the outside. The next day I had to remove the draught excluder and install a new thinner one myself.
The repair job was completed well and the person doing the work was courteous and thoughtful to not track in London's grime when entering my flat. It would have been a '5 star' rating had he been able to arrive within the agreed 5-hour time-frame instead of being there ±30 minutes afterward. These things happen.....
