Poor workmanship and absolutely the worst customer service from a locksmith I have ever received!
We work with many trades in our property business and understand a good operator when we deal with them. Unfortunately Danny is not one!
After sending Danny evidence of the poor workmanship he just dismissed in an agressive manner saying the tenants had taken off the locks. I wouldn’t know how to do that myself let alone a tenant who requires the door to be locked for their own security. Makes no sense why multiple tenants would tamper with their own lock.
I have had a number of individual tenants complain about their locks shifting and therefore not secure to the doors. After paying for another locksmith to investigate it was determined the locks were missing screws and who ever fitted them did a poor job.
Danny believes that his workman has never made a mistake and that evidence means nothing.

Knowledgeable and very pleasant owner. Good for all types of keys including autos.
