Quality work. Done some key copies that work really well. Also been doing some engraving on stainless steel cup, again, top gear.
When went to this store I was served by a man with dark hair pulled back in a ponytail I forgot to take his name anyway I asked how much it was to get a key cut he reply £7 for one and £10 for two. I said I will get one so I noticed the sign which said about half price key and asked him about that offer he reply well I already told you about that deal and you said you didn't want it very abruptly. I then went to try the key and it doesn't even fit into the door. I was not impressed at all so no I have to find time to go back there.
Barking, Ripple Road. The chap with the long beard is very rude when speaking to customers especially the elderly as I witnessed. His ego is not Good for business when customers are spending £30+.
Great staff and service - bought a watch strap and the guy changed it without any additional cost. Must use service!
