This place has been my lockdown saviour!
I brought in some boots at lunch time and had them ready in hours for pickup (they would have been ready before I was ready to return and pick them up).
I had new soles and heels put in, and in the process they breathed new life into my favorite everyday boots - making them look good as new (even got a bit of extra leather care in the process, which was way above and beyond)
Amazing quality, service and price.
So my flatmate suggested me this place whilst being close to this place. She went to get a copy of her key fob and she paid roughly 20 pounds. When I went having the same fob he said it’s 35 pounds for the fob, when I told him the above he said that’s weird and nothing else...
Paid the total as I could not be bothered to look for another one but overall would not recommend it. They are charging based on what they want as it seems like. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Just popped up there, asked them to replace my Tissot motoGP baterry, payed 42£ to get nasty scratch on my watch. Please Managers, DO SOME TRAINING TO YOUR STAFF and afford them with proper tools! Its a shame, please see the pictures. I will advice all my friends to avoid this places!
I've always had good service for shoe repairs here, and can't wait until they open again! The people at the desk I've encountered are super cheery and friendly, and the quality of repairs excellent. I hope the same staff return and keep smiling.
The manager is a star. Thankyou for the watch battery fit. My son is super happy Spiderman is back!
