Really good service. I went in to get a copy of a flat security key fob. I was out in less than 5 minutes with the working copy.

I got in touch with Master Locking Systems to fix the lock on my UPVC door. I called round to a few places but Jon was the only person who offered to come over and look at the door to understand the problems and quote - which made me feel a lot more comfortable I wouldn’t be stung with a surprise bill at the end! Really pleased with the end result and think they priced really reasonably. Would highly recommend!
Mastet locking replaced my front door lock and handle set today and provided a great service very pleased with the results
Jon and staff in the shop are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jon spent lots of time explaining me not just what options I have, but also how to replace the cylender on my own. In the end I purchased a new cylender and replaced it easily following Jon's advices.
Later on I also purchased a new lock set, which I left with Jon and his team to get installed. Installation went smoothly, all on time and they cleaned all the mess that was there after cutting the door. Well deserved 5 stars.
Great service, great team have not been let done yet. Keep up the good work. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
