Avoid this salon at all costs if you have thick curly hair. Helen reassured me that she could manage my hair and give me a cut that would hang well. Despite this the cut was the worst cut I’ve ever had. I left the salon looking awful with a puffy pyramid head. I went back a couple of days later to explain that I was dissatisfied with the cut and felt upset. Despite my hair looking hideous Helen was completely dismissive of me and had a very off hand manner.
