Vue Cinema Cleveleys

Just reopened after a 5 month closure. Social distancing very well observed, seats well spaced out, staff well protected with PPE, regular cleansing of the studios. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cinema upgraded and modernised during closure. A pleasure to visit and enjoy the wonderful.cinematic experience.

Love the movies. The sound is great I just think that the screen is to small because they don’t make it the full size. But over all it’s a great movie theatre

Very disappointed with staff at Cleveleys Vue. Film was completely ruined by disruptive youths talking loudly and shining phone around throughout the whole film. They even threw a box of popcorn over the seats next to us. I complained to a member of staff who told me not to worry, they would sort it. Five minutes later a member of staff came into the theatre, hovered about 30 seconds and went again. Staff have a duty to provide an enjoyable experience and if kids disrupt that they should be asked to leave. At the very least, they should be spoken to.

Very quiet only 1 other person in the cinema. Well set up for covid restrictions. Will defo go again.

Well let's just say I won't be going back until Covid over. Not everyone wearing a mask and staff not checking. Didnt feel comfortable
