Great experience. The staff were wearing PPE and constantly cleaning (seats, screens, etc). They used mobile screen used when checking the fit. I was third in the covid queue and entered after just after 20 minutes. Not bad as there were families being fitted and each buying for two children. Worth booking a time slot even for collection; lesson learnt 👍😷🌈

New shoes for my 16 month old granddaughter. Shop assistant very patient and good with children. Covid-19 restrictions in place and very well executed. Felt very safe shopping here.

Clarks have always been a store for my children's school shoes. I understand that stock and availablity will be less in the six weeks holidays, but today I visited to have my daughter's feet measured to be advised I dont look at the shoe selection, but to view on a tablet. If I wanted to view shoes on a tablet, I could have easily done that at home. I know stores are limited with the number of people they allow in, but if people want to look at shoes they should be able to. If people are being advised to look on the tablet, then whats the point in the store reopening?

Very unpleasant staff, made us feel unwelcome. Told off for letting my granddaughter sit on the seats, told off for using the foot measuring device, no staff in the shop at the time, we had to wait for them to come out from the back. My son left the store because of the attitude of the staff.
