Superb service from a caring and conscientious owner. He couldn't fit watch strap but recommended the cobblers across the road (Wayne) who was able to. Jewellry Gallery owner then came out in the rain to check we got it fixed :0)

Where to start. I wanted to treat myself to a pair of diamond earings,nothing fancy, just wanted them for work. I walked in to the shop to be greeted by an unwelcoming and disinterested woman. I asked for a pair of diamond stud earings and she didnt have a clue. There was a gentleman who said there are some 2nd hand earings in the window ( not something I really wanted) the miserable women then asked how much I wanted to spend I replied "nothing to expensive" she then looked at me with horror and said well you should look in argos as diamonds are expensive! I felt so embarrased and walked straight out of there I will never set foot in there again and I have since bought a pair of DIAMOND earings from another jewellers who couldnt of been more helpful!
I took 3 rings here to be repaired , I was quoted £50 per ring and told it would take up to 10 days . They could not repair the one ring ,I was charged £160 for the other two and it took 3 weeks , when I questioned the amount he was very abrubt . Did not argue with the price just will never use them again .
