I was very pleased with Enterprise in Crewe. Cheap price, professional, clear contract sent via email, no hidden fees, pickup service from your hotel/station, quick refund and good car. Only thing was not a full tank 1/8 but really close gas station.
Went to pick up the van I had reserved on Thursday the 5th of November but was unable to get it because the enterprise "system"aid my names doesn't match the address that I have lived at for over 10+ years. So was told it would be cancelled and wouldn't be charged for it. But surprise surprise I get charge the full amount of £84.99 for a van I don't get. So had to go to enterprise, they say they don't know how that happened and will be fully refunded on the Monday. Well today is Monday and no refund great. Moral of the story don't go to enterprise there "system" doesn't work and the "system" will still take your money.
Friendly professional service from both Becky and Jordan, who collected/returned me to my pick up location. All in the 'socially distancing' safe vehicle.
The Vauxhall Mocha wasn't expected, was more than fit for purpose though and was clean and well maintained, also very flexible with the hire period.
Really nice staff and very clean premises. Pickup from dealership and can't fault them.

dont ever accept the renault its an awful machine. the ford we had the week before was a fantastic drive. rates are a little inflated compared to others, but good service
