Better off with the cowboys on eBay. Very poor customer service, sent the wrong gearbox. twice now contacted them on the online chat. Was told they were going to exchange the gearbox twice. On the second time of contacting them they gave me a collection date, asked for a confirmation email which was never received. Never turned up still have this wrong unit sitting her waiting for collect/exchange. Not good at all. Now just want a refund. Wish me luck. GC Car Hire
Such a let down after the great service of Stacey who helped me out online yesterday. If you go in store avoid the idiot with the terrible goatie! Such a shame that one person can ruin a potential great experience.
If there was a zero stars i would give that these guys at the nantwich branch are very rude unhelpfull and disrespectfull... also they tried charging me more than the main dealera for a used part because the car is a "brand spanker" if you are to use synetiq doncaster branch is highly recommended them guys over there very helpfull and kind
Was chatting online and I was asking questions about a car part. First the guy tells me ALL the details about a car part, I'm ready to pay then says sorry wrong part. So I ask the same questions about the second car part he tells me about and his reply was "as I have told you many times mate" actually you told me once about a different product that I was about to pay for. Can't believe the rudeness.
First time I'd used Synetiq. Worked really well. Identified parts, paid online, arranged delivery to Nantwich and I collected. It worked really well. Definitely would use again.
