Great shop, been here for years and now closed. Gone to the retail park leaving more empty shops in the increasingly run down town centre.
M&s are too good for the town centre now and I've had no need to go to the retail park.
New store situated on Crewe retail park. Large store. Escalator up to 1st floor where men's clothes and café and toilets are. The only problem with the store is that now it is a large store, compared to the old Marks and Spencers that was in the town centre, the lovely homely feel has now gone. There does not seem to be the same personal service that there used to be. The staff seem really rushed off their feet and have no time left to give the personal service they could in the old store. This is a shame because it made the store special.
Okay M&S with friendly staff. Has now moved to the retail park, which is a much brighter and more pleasant space.
