After one of my little chickens sustained a minor injury I contacted this vets this morning, she was seen by lunchtime and have had a follow up action plan to improve her condition by 6pm this evening. A friendly and very professional service all round. Whatever the outcome for my little chicken she has been looked after well today and I am extremely grateful and happy with the service she and I received
Would not refund an item purchased which goes against consumer rights And furthermore the item was more than twice the price of the same item at other retailers e.g pets at home. Also the manager tried cut me off as I was trying to explain myself to him.
I took my cat peggy down as she was extremely unwell , lethargic not eating and vomiting. We thought she may have eaten poisoned rodents and we didnt think she would pull through. Stefano and Sonia were fantastic. The explained over the phone due to covid 19 ,at length ,what could be wrong with her and treated her accordingly. The prognosis seemed a bit bleak as she was extremely ill but 24 hours later shes a different cat, eating and moving around as before I cant recommend them highly enough and also the lovely staff who work there. Thank you 🥰
My six month old pup loves coming into the vets as they always make a big fuss of her, she has recently been spayed by them and they looked after her amazing and explained everything so clearly for us. Sally loves all the staff mostly because of the treats and fuss they give her.
