I had stubborn verruca for years. Previous treatments at Holly House including needling, cryotherapy (freezing) and acid. All of them left my foot sore and painful after treatment, yet none these treatments worked. After almost giving up hope, I did a search on Google and came across all the positive reviews for Amee at East Ham Podiatry. I can genuinely say they are 100% accurate. Firstly Amee is just a great person. She explained the options clearly, and informed me of a newer SWIFT (microwave) treatment which has been successful in treating stubborn verrucas. The literature says SWIFT is not painful, but Amee explained it is a sharp pain, but leaves no lasting pain. I have a high pain threshold, but she was very precise with her description. The first two second you think this is easy. The 3rd second, you feel like the spot where the verruca is, is on fire. Luckily the treatment is usually 3 seconds at a time, so we managed to get through 4 x 3 second treatments for the session. We followed this up with 2 additional seconds, and the verruca is gone. Victory FINALLY!! :) The other thing to note is, usually an hour after the treatment, I didn't even feel like I had any treatment, so was able to go about my gym routine as normal. I highly recommend Amee and the Swift treatment for stubborn verrucas.

After struggling with ingrown toe nails that I developed after my pregnancy and desperately after the right treatment to help cure the terrible pain I have had to live with for months! I came across this clinic and booked myself in to be seen and I must say from the very start to end it was an end to end process the pediorist made me feel extremely comfortable and talked me through the whole process and I left feeling a lot better! I would recommend her to anyone that is in agony with ingrown toe nails!! She is amazing!

First time coming to this place and I'm not disappointed! Amee is a very knowledgeable practitioner and the prices were very reasonable. Will be coming back!

Amee is treating verrucae on my feet and hands that have been present for over 10 years. I've had the swift laser treatment once before with Entonox, but it has been much more successful here. Using an anaesthetic she has been able to treat and cover more area, and to a deeper level. I've had 2 of my 3 appointments and already can see a massive response and reduction in size and severity of the verrucae. The swift treatment is very uncomfortable, and most will find painful, but the quick effects and success make it worth the short inconvenience 10 times over. The anaesthetic on my feet meant i didn't feel any pain at all during that treatment. I've had Liquid Nitrogen and Salicylic Acid over the counter and from trained practices before but this is by far the best option. The whole practice and staff are very professional, attentive, and I would recommend to anyone needing treatment. Thank you Amee!
