Vanbrugh Physio is a great clinic. The team are really welcoming and have thorough COVID-19 safety procedures in place. I've been coming here for around 8 months or so. I had a slipped disc with severe pain in my lower back and sciatica in my leg. Annabel has been amazing and has done a wonderful job in supporting my recovery! I'm no longer in pain and I'm able to run again, which I wasn't sure would happen. Thank you so much Annabel!!

This is a very good physiotherapy practice! Very professional approach to clients! It is a pleasure from the moment you make a booking to the moment you leave the clinic after your session. The team always try to help! Personally I would like to say Thank you to NATASHA! I came to her last summer with my neck completely stiff and I was in pain (broken neck due to ski accident in the past). To make it worst I was heavily pregnant. She agreed to work with me and found the way to help me! Due to her knowledge and skills, her massage and exercises, my neck went to normal. I can turn it normally! The pain has gone! My spine became very strong!

I was diagnosed with FAI about a year ago which resulted in me having hip arthroscopy last month. Finding a good physio proved very difficult until I was recommended Josh Sainsbury by Dr Catherine Spencer-Smith. If you have any hip condition this is the man you have to see. His knowledge is unparalleled, professionalism unrivalled and will give you the best chance of a full recovery. Can’t recommend him enough.

I had really practical and effective treatment and support for a knee issue, would definitely recommend this practice. They've also got very efficient safety measures in place.

This is a wonderful physiotherapy clinic and I recommend Darren and his team highly! I went there (recommended by a friend) in an effort to avoid more surgery for adhesions and post surgery scar tissue, which I have successfully done, with the help of Darren and his care. It's taken 8 months, but I'm over the moon to avoid more surgery and all the complications that come with that. Darren is someone who continues to learn, inspire and invest in professional development and this is apparent from talking to him and his team. It's great to find a local gem like this company.
