This is a good studio at which to either start doing Pilates or to continue if you are experienced, there is a session to suit everyone. Classes are small & the instructors are enthusiastic & knowledgeable. Other participants are friendly & there is a good mix of abilities.
The virtual lesson worked really well. I was able to see the teacher and follow all the exercises. They were clearly explained and at the same time anyone needing help with a movement could be corrected.
The class itself was excellent and led by a very experienced teacher

I joined my first ever Virtual Pilates class yesterday and thought it worked really well. I could see Galina clearly, her instructions were easy to follow and as usual she was very mindful of everyone's welfare. It was a great way to continue exercising and very enjoyable. Much needed in these worrying times thank you Galina and PilatesPlus, I will be joining other classes too !!

A wonderful comprehensive Pilates studio with excellent staff who look after you, and classes that attend to Your fitness or rehabilitation, and allow you to practice/move in a safe and motivating environment! Highly recommended
