They don't care about your problem. You get late appointment and the get it rescheduled if you are 5 minutes late. Worst experience ever had.

So basically this USED to be a half decent gym about 15 years ago For past two years or so, everything is broken. The lockers, the whirlpool jacuzzi, everything. It’s dirty and dated. If you want to be ripped off, go sign up.

Really enjoyed using the machines here, and it is so big and spacious! The whole vibe is perfect and I am so excited about the new machines too! The pool is lovely to use and the sauna/steam is amazing after a long session.

Such a shame as central location and could be a nice gym if they put some money in to it. The air conditioning wasnt working no windows open so really stuffy in there. The equipment is so out of date and dirty too. Considering how much people pay to be a member it's very poor . Especially when u think there are gyms very near this one much cheaper and better equipped. I will stick with my normal one . But putting money into this one and many more would use and join up

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL MEMBER AT THIS GYM SINCE 2006. I HAVE PUT UP WITH THESE APPAULING CONDITIONS FROM DAY DOT. I HAVE ALWAYS PROMOTED THIS CLUB WHEN EVER I GOT THE CHANCE. IF I SAW THE SALES TEAM SHOWING PEOPLE ROUND TO SIGN THEM UP I WOULD GO OUT MY WAY TO PUT ICING ON THE CAKE AND PRAISE THIS GYM. WHAT A LOWED OF NONSENSE. FOOL ME NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRIED IT WOULD ALWAYS COME BACK TO BITE ME. PLEASE JOIN IF YOU WANT TO PROMOTE PEOPLE WHO WORK HARD FOR THERE MONEY TO HAVE IT FIDDLED OUT OF THEM.
