There is an exceptional podiatrist / chiropodist - she immediately recognised that i was below par from examining my nails. She's caring, professional and totally competent. I left walking on air. Would recommend unreservedly.

This place is amazing, the Pilates classes are so well taught, for beginners like me and higher level, I know that I am doing the excersises correctly without risk of causing any damage. I also started physio here a few months ago because of various problems I had after giving birth. I have gone from being in constant pain in my knees and back with terrible posture to feeling stronger, taller and pain free. I can’t rate this place enough it’s changed my life!

Awful experience from the moment I arrived 5 minutes early and felt I was in the way till the time I left the overcrowded class . I had a bad back for a week after as the teacher had no interest in what I was doing or indeed if I was doing it right. Pilates is to be taken more serious by the teachers. Put me off Pilates for a year .
