Employees hungry on commision. Try their best to get extra charges and fees out of you. Probably for their own holidays and christmas presents.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! THEY SET YOUR POLICY UP AFTER YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL THE INFORMATION, THEY THEN REQUEST MORE MONEY CLAIMING "INFORMATION WASN'T DECLARED TO THEM", THEY THEN SEND OUT THREATENING LETTERS TO SAY IF ADDITIONAL PREMIUM ISN'T PAID POLICY WILL BE CANCELLED. "ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED AND CAN BE OBTAINED BY PAYING £10, GUESS WHAT? WHEN YOU REQUEST FOR THE CALL RECORDING THEY CANNOT FIND IT, HOW COINCIDENTAL!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! AVOID AVOID
