I am a returning parent at busy bees. My daughter was aged 12 months to age 4 here and now my son also started age 13 months and is now almost 3. I would recommend busy bees nursery I love so many things here! The food is all completely homemade from scratch and very healthy, the nursery was recently refurbished and is always very clean, and modern. Child interaction with the staff and management is really close, the staff will always go the extra mile to ensure the children are happy, you can always talk to the staff it's very open and relaxed, both of my children have learned through the nursery very quickly there are so many activtys and toys. Each room has it's own equipped garden so its ideal.for the different age groups. As a family we are all very happy here.

We tried 3 other nurseries that didn’t work out. This nursery does free stay and play sessions which I have attended and it’s much better to what I have seen on other very popular chain nurseries. They look after toddlers, engage with them, pick them up when they cry. Best nursery that I have seen so far and I am extremely picky.

If you love your child please avoid this nursery! Staff is very miserable and spend more time doing their own stuff rather then do anything to make your child happy. Very cold, depressing atmosphere, once you vist them and you go to any of their rooms they will not even acknowledge that you there.

I was horrified looking at how one of their staff Sasha once shouting at a child with rough voice. I was so sad to see how helpless the child was and he started crying. So few other children also started crying with him and she shouted at them also saying 'Don't be silly, why are you crying now?' So that was the day I decided to take my child out of that torture house. There were few other matters accumulating as well such as; 1. Using the words such as 'silly' to communicate with children 2. Saying words with negative connotations such as 'no, don't' all the time. It is surprising to see how young girls with child management qualifications doing exactly the opposite of what has been taught to them, as I my self being an educational professional. You can easily divert the kids attention to something else by giving a better alternative to them instead of saying don't and no. 3. Once they have left my child on urine without cleaning him. Another time they have mixed up the two shoes on wrong legs, another time both legs have been put into one opening of the under pants. We were wondering why was it so uncomfortable for him to walk. These are accidents but due to carelessness. I believe the management will see this positively to take corrective actions. I simply don't want any of this happening to any child. So I'm sorry I had to publish this. I was patiently waiting and complaining to you several times expecting you to take corrective actions. But unfortunately it never happened.

My third child is now at this nursery and I wouldnt put her anywhere else. She loves coming to nursery and loves all the staff. They provide excellence care and she is well looked after. I have and will continue to recommend this nursery to anyone. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my children it is like leaving her with family. I can then go to work knowing she is safe and happy.
