Very very sly. Turns out they didn't have size5 in stock, so put size 6 in my bag.
Love their shoes very comfortable shoes I never thought I would get comfortable shoes in Asian shoe shop but I'm extremely happy with my heels and I would definitely recommend Crystal Shoes London.. keep it up! Also, I would like to add next door unze their manager with the beard on is very rude and their service is extremely bad.
Took my money promised me first class delivery, did not deliver. Do not provide any tracking. Still waiting for my bridesmaids bouquets few days before my wedding. Do not use. Still have not refunded me despite many requests. Will be taking further.

My Experience was l went there on thursday 12th if july 2 get a pair if shies for my gran daughter prom the shoes was in the sale but l just never realised at time some of diamonds were removed plus by straps they were all rustie l know they were on sale not point no one would wear that at all l am very upset it may be only 15 pounds but its money. l going throw them in bin l was told 2 day by phone its stamped no Exchange l was vex l put phone down
I bought a shoe from them. It's extremely comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly. I would recommend everyone to go there... Their bouquets are good quality too...
