not sure why they removed my comment .visited this branch. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR FROM THE 2 YOUNG STAFF MEMBERS (FEMALE AND MALE) BEHAVING very very unprofessionally - the female staff was overly LOUD, PLAYFUL, DISRUPTIVE along with her MALE colleague. the female staff had no respect for the customers, the male staff was very VAGUE and did not know how properly treat customers, was too distracted by his female colleague as she was constantly being playful during work time and not letting him focus on the tills. APPALLING STANDARDS AND NOT LEADING BY EXAMPLE. COULD THE STAFF PLEASE BE MORE PROFESSIONAL DURINg WORK HOURS ITS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEE STAFF SPEAKING AND BEHAVING UNPROFESSIONAL.

I didn't find anything that should prompt me to give them below 5 Star, we must not forget that this is a shoe shop not a five star hotel. People work there looks fine to me. They do according to their ability, It depends what are we looking for. People go there to buy shoes and the price is fair, and not if the shop is comfortable. So to be honest, I am very happy with my purchase and always am.

Very happy customer. I shop here to buy my kids school shoes every year and I am never disappointed the right sizes and shoes I'm looking for are always available thanks to the helpful staff.

I went to the east ham branch it looked tidy and presentable. The staff were kind enough to help me get a pair of slippers because i can’t get off my mobility scooter, the young man showed me a variety of different styles to choose from. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is becuase of the heat and they did not have any air conditioning, after 5 mins in the shop i started sweating. I can’t imagine working in that heat all day without any air conditioning system of any sort.
