Went to this store this evening and I must say what absolute delightful,friendly and helpful staff you have,there was one man who was clearly management who was so lovely and very patient whilst trying to meet my fussy needs,ended up buying something perfect for a gift and had he not been so helpful and friendly I would have probably gone away with nothing,the shop was very tidy and extremely well organised,my new favourite Ted Baker store.

Absolutely disgusting service spent £600+ in store and was treated like a criminal the manager an IC1 Male is nasty piece of work really rude and was tell his staff that he was going to call security on me as I purchased 26 items are requested bags and he would not even have the decency to come and talk to me avoid contact when I was trying to talk to him.. I have sent a email to the head office let's see the response we get. First and definitely the last time I ever shop there I am so so frustrated at the services I'm contemplating going back and returning every item. I have never been treated like this in my life. I have run my own business and I know how customers can be and I know exactly how customer service should be.

I was in the store when the man who bought so many items and I have to say he was right the manager and the staff where in the wrong seen how the customer was treated me and my wife left thinking OMG this mans bought so much and he is being treated like that heaven sake I was looking at getting a pair of socks. Went to Tommy's and was treated with respect and great customer service

1 Counter staff both delightful (thank you for pointing out to me how I could take advantage of an in-store offer). 2 staff who appeared to be manager rude when I dared to ask a price, and then rude to her staff in front of customers.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Asked a girl if a pair of earrings has discount as the shop is on sale. She looked at me with a pair of snobby eyes, and said pardon. I then repeated my question, she said these are the discounted price as if I can never afford them. Not happy with her attitude, I just said OK. Then the girl went to ask her manager does he think I am RUDE ? EXCUSE ME?
