A huge Next store with a wide range of clothes choices for both women and men! The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful and they always strive to do their jobs to the best of their abilities! They honestly deserve a pay rise! Being a regular customer I have been provided with extremely good customer service everytime I shop there! I personally recommend the mens £22 jeans and the £6 t-shirts they are bargains and are of great, high class quality. Overall, I do recommend shopping here!
One of the modern stores in terms of aesthetics but the staffs were a tad bit mechanical in my opinion that’s why I’m taking out a star.
No real smiles there and it just felt cold. I’ll stick to shopping online.
It was a nice experience shopping here, they fitted me with slacks and I also tried their summer coats.
Big place to roam around. But for me, it seemed like there's nothing in stock. For example buying my chandelier. I had to order them in. And getting the lights were difficult, in the end I had to go screwfix for them.
I'm surprised considering it's a big store and you would imagine them having sufficient stock for all products.
Lovely fragrance from the homeware as you walk in. Bright and clean store not much space to manoeuvre around aisles are narrow i found this frustrating. I was sserved by polite staff, i didnt wait long to collect my order.
