Worst customer service I have ever experienced! JD Please focus on employing decent managers, Annabelle was shocking! I have never come across such an unprofessional individual, even her subordinates had better manners. She took no liability for a mistake JD made as the issue was with the online team, her literal words were ‘what do you want me to do about it’. This may I say was for a major GDPR breach they sent me the wrong invoice for our parcel, which was definitely not my fault!
Great products but the music is to load you can't hear yourself think
Ok seen more variety in smaller stores.
Store is large but disappointed with the products.
