DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DPD PARCELS HERE. Booked a DPD parcel in this store, tracking never updated and was never collected! My parcel was stuck here for 3 days had to go and demand it back, upon getting it back staff didn’t even attach a label like they said they would! What a joke! DPD should disown this store. Useless.
Massive shop, loads of good clothes and varying sizes. Staff are very welcome and friendly especially a lady called Rachel. Lovely person!
Horrible manager/supervisor by the name of Bruno or the likes. She has a horrible attitude and seems annoyed at the world cos of who/what she is.
If you've been to any other Matalan, you will know what you'll get here. Perfectly ok shop. Fast fashion and glitzy knick knacks.
Anderwell in the Charlton store is extremely rude and unprofessional and poor interaction which resulted in a less than poor standard customer experience. He is also Highly discriminatory against people and they go against what Matalan believes, values and promotes! Avoid
