No one from the customer service staff is interested in providing any kind of service. Poor size selection and diversity of brands.
I was the only customer at the till, yet it took the checkout employee 10 minutes to get off his phone and, without acknowledging my presence, process my payment.
Really had a bad experience in JD store Charlton. Waited for shoe for an hour but couldn't get. Staff said they have the shoe but later in they said they don't have. Staff were not helpful at all. Despite having an accident inside the JD store of my little son we still wanted the shoe. Staff gave us wrong information and make us wait long time. Very poor service. I will never shop there and will not recommend any of my friends.
Not approached, staff chatting amongst themselves, waited long for trainers, trainers damaged.
