Great store..and love that they have costa on the first floor!
Appalling click and collect service.
Don't know if it's warehouse or store issue but almost every order had problems and I had to wait around 45 minutes in the queue. There were only five or six people ahead of me. Store wasn't particularly busy but still they made little effort to speed up the queue.
It's ok but not as good as it used to be
Big store. Lots of choice. The only problem is there tester shirt stinks like absolutely dog s. Though not the stores fault but some of the customers, could you not wash them daily and put fresh ones out. It's so unhygienic.
The Costa their is nice and relaxed. And next is one of the nicest stores.
