Store is very spacious and is not full of customers so you can be relaxed and look around for shoes. Has variety of shoes on offer and prices are in the medium to expensive range (£40 - £80).
Customer service awesome nice and relaxed experience not too crammed with people
We was served by Mohammad, a newcomer. He provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and being a business owner, i know good customer service when i see it. My friend and i both bought shoes from there. Spent over £200 and were happy with the service we got there from Mo. Excellent.
It was a pleasure to shop at the beckton branch. I described what type of shoe I needed for work and the young long haired blonde lady was very quick to offer help and select the right boots for me. She is a credit to your business and will encourage lots of sales. I would hire her for my business any day. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience.
