Salma, the sales assistant who helped me was so sweet and professional. Also, she has a great sense of humour, which is much needed at this delicate time.

Good quality shoes that serve years

Unfortunately, the Clarks isn't catching up with other great shoes retailers in contemporary and comfortable styles. It seems they sell a lot of outdated designs for unreasonable prices.

Best footwear's very comfortable and also fashionable and trandy

EXTREMELY UNORGANISED BRANCH I went into Clarks in WESTFIELD and had great customer service while finding a pair of shoes that were unfortunately not in my size. The store manager was very professional and helpful in helping me to find the shoes in my size, at the High Street Kensington branch. He then proceeded to phone them for me, to reserve the shoes, but the call was not answered. I asked for the number and left to go to High Street Kensington branch. I got on the bus and tried to phone them numerous times, hoping to reserve and then purchase the shoes when I got there. I phoned them about 7 times while on the bus there but with no success. When I arrived there I was still on the phone trying to get through ahold of them. I looked inside and saw 2 gentlemen chatting to each other behind the counter while leaving the phone to ring. Surprised and irritated by this, as they had obviously been ignoring my previous calls, I put the phone down and and entered the shop while thinking to myself that I will purchase the shoes and not return here. I explained why I was there and the gentleman said he knew the shoes that I was looking for and went off to look for them. Around 20 minutes later he returned with the shoes I wanted (which I found very surprising as I was told that they had 2 pairs of the shoes in my size there and it is a really small shop). When finally it came time to paying he asked me for £49.00 which I found very confusing as I had just seen them for £45 at the Clarks in Westfield. I queried this and the attendant about this and he went to call his manager. When the manager arrived I explained the situation and that it was at a lesser price in the Westfield branch. He scanned the shoe box twice then said that it was the price on their system and that he couldn't do anything about it. I asked him to call the Westfield branch to ask them and he refused and said that I needed proof. I irritatingly paid for the shoes and walked away a disgruntled customer who wishes he never went into Clarks in the first place. This is exceedingly bad service and should not be allowed!!!
