I bought a pair of school shoes costing 14 pounds. The product did not even last 2 months. The staff were decent. The product is horrible. Probably very old stuff. Never again.
Had to take an exchange back and the staff were very friendly, quick turn around.
Bunch of incredibly rude and aggressive staff, almost got pushed out of the Woolwich store as I tried returning a defective shoe, would never recommend this store, a very unpleasant and terrifying experience!
Went in there with my child and husband conversation went into black culture. For the German server to say her neighbour is coloured and his food stinks all the time. We aren't coloured won't use again.
