Well stocked but check sizes on hanger match garment size as they sometimes don't match queue was approx 5 mins
Placed an order online to be delivered at my preferred shop and the only email from JD was to say it had been dispatched. After visiting JD sports Westfield Stratford, I was told my order had been delivered at Stratford Centre by mistake. By the time I got there they were closer and told me they could do anything. Went back to the store at Stratford Centre today and the manager said she didn't have enough staff to call customer service. Once I've called myself while inside the store they told .the order had been returned and I had to wait to get a refund.
COVID-19
Visited this store yesterday afternoon with my teenage daughter.
I was generally shocked and concerned on the stores , health and safety management concerning Covid-19.
On entering the store there was a limited supply of hand gel at one side , which most people walked past .
The store was very crowded with NO control of the number of people entering the store ( which I have seen in their Bromley branch)
Although some customers were wearing face coverings a lot weren’t . Social distancing was very poor and made more difficult due to the number of people in the store especially at very long queue at the checkout.
This is something the management need to address.
I appreciate that The Westfield Center was very busy ,but did observe other stores limiting the number of customers at one time.
Cool nice staff nice shopping centre
Staff are helpful great for clothes shoes and other accessories
