Sarah in the groomers is fantastic. I have a very opinionated Jack Russell called Molly who does not like to be groomed. Sarah has a real connection with her and is sooo patient no matter how loud Molly barks ❤️
They do exactly what They say they will do & all with a Smile never had any problems an amazing team well done all of you keep up the good work x
My dogs just love going here
We will never find a better kennel than summer hill. We travel an hour to use them since moving away because nowhere local even comes close. They recognise our dog and he is always pleased to see them and comes out happy. These guys will bend over backwards for you and your dog
After working here... I've come to share home truths.
-dogs wont get walked if it's raining.
-dogs who choose not to soil their kennel have to wait a while for any toilet break
-walks are 5 minutes if that. Some dogs show clear signs of stress.. spinning... shaking... whining.
-no interaction throughout the day
-more bothered about taking nice pictures than ensuring they enjoy their short time outside
-dogs left with urine in their kennel after it is cleaned once in the morning
